Meet The Zoo Crew
Randy Jones President & Chief Executive Zookeeper
Randy’s 23-year career has been spent in management, marketing and sales positions in the direct marketing and newspaper publishing fields, most notably with Gannett Marketing Services Group from 1987 to 1996.
An experienced copywriter, public speaker and creative director, Randy is a recipient of numerous regional, national and international awards as a writer, copywriter and creative director. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Kelly brings 20 years of experience in continuity and loyalty program direct marketing for medium and large businesses and consumer retailers.
Her extensive program management and CRM experience covers everything from strategic concept ideation to audience segmentation to campaign analysis. Prior to joining MindZoo, Kelly spent four years in CRM at Sears Roebuck and Company managing various multi-channel lifestyle, life-event, gift card, customer relationship and loyalty marketing campaigns.
Robynann brings MindZoo over 25 years of experience in the printing industry which includes mailing and distribution, customer service, human resources and sales.
Most of her practice was in customer service as an account manager, being the “eyes and ears” of the customer. She has a colorful knack for creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Robynann is a Certified Print Service Specialist through the Society for Service Professionals in Printing, and has been recognized with various other awards for outstanding service.
Suzanne brings to MindZoo more than 11 years of print production, mailing services and corporate marketing experience. She developed direct-marketing expertise running consumer and B2B mail campaigns for direct-response agencies in Boston. Later in the Washington D.C. area, Suzanne managed marketing initiatives for technology companies through the use of branding, marketing communication and events marketing techniques. She has most recently managed print and production programs for non-profit direct mail fundraising firms. Suzanne earned her bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Claudia brings MindZoo more than 22 years of experience in business development, contracts negotiation, customer service and financial administration. Over twelve of those years were
spent at Equifax National Decision Systems in
Vienna, Virginia.
Claudia has supported clients in a variety of industries including direct marketing, telecommunications, retail and publishing. Throughout her career, Claudia has won numerous professional awards for outstanding service to both employers and clients.
With a talent for creating clean and visually pleasing designs for direct mail, Liz dives right in when it comes time to design a new concept for a client. She also enjoys working on corporate identity and branding, annual reports and brochures.
Liz has more than 11 years of design experience, previously having worked with the design firms Hinge and Ace Communication Arts. She graduated from Barton College with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. Her design work has been recognized both locally and nationally.
Lynn’s 15+ years of professional writing experience includes everything from broadcast journalism to non-profit communications.
Before joining MindZoo, Lynn served as both
editorial and correspondence director for America’s Promise, in Alexandria, Virginia, where she wrote and edited marketing materials and crafted correspondence on behalf of General Colin Powell, Senator Harris Wofford and others.
Lynn is famous around MindZoo for providing her seal of approval.
