Randy Jones
President & Creative Director
Randy's 25-year career has been spent in management, marketing and sales positions in the direct marketing and newspaper publishing fields, most notably with Gannett Marketing Services Group from 1987 to 1996.
As a special contributor to the 2nd edition of Contemporary Direct & Interactive Marketing by Lisa Spiller and Martin Baier, Jones has especially enjoyed sharing many of his direct marketing success stories for the purpose of higher education.
An experienced copywriter, public speaker and creative director, Randy is a recipient of numerous regional, national and international awards as a writer, copywriter and creative director. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Kelly brings 20 years of experience in continuity and loyalty program direct marketing for medium and large businesses and consumer retailers.
Her extensive program management and CRM experience covers everything from strategic concept ideation to audience segmentation to campaign analysis. Prior to joining MindZoo, Kelly spent four years in CRM at Sears Roebuck and Company managing various multi-channel lifestyle, life-event, gift card, customer relationship and loyalty marketing campaigns.
